Clear Guard Pro 350

Clear Guard Pro 350 is a solvent-based, non-yellowing, curing and sealing compound for newly poured and existing concrete surfaces. It is suitable for curing and sealing uncolored concrete, integrally colored concrete, color-hardened concrete, stamped or stenciled concrete, and cementitious overlays. It enhances the concrete color and protects the surface from dirt, staining, de-icing salts, and exposure to gas or oil. It also provides good economical protection for exterior concrete surfaces by preventing absorption or penetration of fats, oils, greases, aliphatic solvents, salts, acids, and other chemicals. As a curing compound, it improves the surface strength, abrasion resistance, and durability of the concrete, reduces the potential for plastic cracking, and forms a moisture barrier that prevents free lime in the concrete from migrating and reacting at the surface, forming a dust residue. Clear Guard Pro 350 complies with most VOC (350 g/L) requirements and other Federal and State Air Quality Regulations.
