Installation Notes
Follow OCM Mesh Form's rule of thumb to brace the mesh form similar to plywood, utilizing rebar, strongbacks, walers, kickers, as per ACI 347, Guide to Formwork for Concrete.
Maintain a minimum lap of 4"-8" between running OCM Mesh Form sheets and a minimum 2-rib lap between stacked sheets.
Secure the mesh form with tie wire around ribs and bracing, ensuring stability during the pouring process.
Attach OCM Mesh Form to bracing using wire, staples, roofing nails, or similar fasteners.
Orient north ribs to make 90-degree turns, with ribs facing into the concrete pour.
Cut OCM Mesh Form sheets using a grinder, cutoff saw, abrasive blade, or tin snips to fit specific project requirements.
